Vision
To cultivate a growing community of believers and ministry leaders who are deeply formed by God’s presence and Word and equipped to lead others into spiritual transformation.

Core Values
Truth
Jesus said that true freedom is found in knowing the truth (John 8:32). But truth isn’t meant to remain merely intellectual—it’s meant to be encountered and lived. Through the Holy Spirit, Scripture becomes more than words on a page; it becomes a place of encounter with the living God. As He opens our hearts and minds to understand His Word, truth moves from information to transformation, and our faith comes alive.
Transformation
Romans 12:2 tells us to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” Spiritual transformation is more than behavior modification—it is the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit reshaping the way we think, see, and live. Left to ourselves, we often interpret life through limited human perspectives, fears, and assumptions. But as we surrender to the Holy Spirit and immerse ourselves in Scripture, He renews our minds so that we begin to see through God’s eyes rather than our own. Transformation happens when truth moves from information to revelation, changing not only what we know, but who we become.
Love
In Galatians 5:6, Paul writes that outward religion means nothing; “the only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love.” When we truly encounter the depth of God’s love for ourselves, we cannot remain unchanged. His love heals, reshapes, and transforms us from the inside out. And transformed people become people who love differently—bringing the heart of God into the world around them.
Ministry Model
Forming
At The Faith Shaped Heart, we believe spiritual growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens as we intentionally make space to encounter God through His Word, respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and allow Him to shape us over time. Spiritual formation is more than gaining biblical knowledge—it is the ongoing process of becoming more like Jesus in the way we think, love, lead, and live. Through Scripture teaching, spiritual practices, honest reflection, and Spirit-led encouragement, our desire is to create spaces where lasting transformation can take root.
Equipping
Transformation was never meant to stop with us. As God heals, renews, and shapes our hearts, He also awakens us to the gifts, calling, and purpose He has placed within us. Our heart is not simply to inspire spiritual growth, but to equip people to confidently step into all God has created them to be—serving others, leading faithfully, and participating in His Kingdom work with courage and clarity.
Releasing
Healthy spiritual formation was never meant to end with personal growth. As God shapes and equips His people, He also sends them. Our desire is to release believers into meaningful Kingdom impact—whether in their homes, churches, workplaces, communities, or formal ministry settings—so that transformation multiplies through their lives.
